About me

I started coding when I was 10, writing BASIC on a Soviet knockoff of 8088 Intel CPU. Since that moment I knew what I wanted to be. Jumping a bit ahead - I spent the first nine years of my career as an IC before moving into management, but I’ve always stayed close to the tech. Lately I’ve gotten back into it hard — AI has made it possible for senior managers to be genuinely hands-on again, not just sponsors of the work — and combined with my long-standing passion for architecture, that’s been a real unlock.

Why I’m here

I have hot takes and I’m want to get them out on “paper”. I’d rather put them out in public and let them get pressure-tested than keep them to myself. If something I write helps your thinking - that’s awesome! If you think I’m wrong, even better — please tell me why.
